I'm the owner and operator of JFG Web Studio. I started this business with one goal: giving businesses, small and large, a website that truly represents them. It should make your customers feel secure spending money or booking an appointment with you, and it should have the quality that ought to be standard today. Your website is the digital version of your business, so its quality should match yours.
Every site I design is fully custom to fit your needs and your image, whether that's a simple info site or an online store.
Why not use one of the big-name builders that offer free setup? That's where I see a lot of small businesses end up: a cookie-cutter page that looks unprofessional, doesn't show off the business, and doesn't work right on phones, where most of your customers will see it. Those sites usually do little for your Google search ranking either, so new customers have a harder time finding you.

Do I need to know anything technical?
No. I handle domains, hosting and setup. You just answer questions about your business.
Do you only work with Rhode Island businesses?
No. I'm based in Rhode Island and work with businesses anywhere. Calls, texts and email cover everything, and I can meet in person if you're local.
Can you fix my existing website?
Yes. Sometimes a redesign is cheaper than starting over, and I'll tell you which makes more sense.
Do I own my website?
Your domain, logo, photos and text are always yours. The site's design and code belong to JFG Web Studio, and your site stays live as long as you're on a care plan. If you cancel, the site comes down, but you keep your domain and everything you gave me.
What if I only need a logo?
No problem. Logos and Google profile setup can be booked on their own.
What does the free mockup cost me?
Nothing. If you like it, we build the rest. If you don't, you keep your money and I've had the practice.
How many changes do I get?
Two rounds of changes during the build are included. After launch, small updates like a new photo or new hours are covered by your care plan. Anything past your plan's hours is $75/hr.
What if I'm slow sending photos and info?
No problem. The one-week clock starts once I have what I need, so your launch day moves with it. Nothing gets rushed or skipped.
Is the deposit refundable?
You see the free mockup before paying anything, so you only put down the deposit once you like the direction. The 50% deposit covers the build work and isn't refundable once building starts.
